I Can Foundation – Vadodara is a continuation of a journey that began over 15 years ago in my own home, under the inspiring name of my grand grandmother Smt. Ramaben Jamnadas Doshi Charitable Trust. Led with compassion and selfless service by my Father, Grandfather, Mother and Grandmother, the trust worked tirelessly to support the underserved and uplift our community through heartfelt, sustainable action. Their work—rooted in empathy and dignity—touched countless lives and was honored nationally with the “Mother Teresa Excellence Award” in 2010 for outstanding contributions to society.

The I Can Foundation – Vadodara is a fresh embodiment of a time-honored legacy, much like old wine in a new bottle. Our philanthropic journey began over two decades ago through our family-run initiative, the Smt. Ramaben Jamnadas Doshi Charitable Trust. For years, this trust has been a cornerstone of our family’s commitment to social responsibility and community upliftment. With the baton now passed to the next generation, a new era has begun. The foundation has been re-energized under the dynamic leadership of young minds, bringing innovative ideas, fresh perspectives, and youth-driven energy. This evolution is symbolized through a new name — I Can Foundation – Vadodara — which reflects the spirit of empowerment, possibility, and proactive change.
A.J. Doshi
At the heart of the I Can Foundation – Vadodara is our most senior and highly respected trustee, Shri A. J. Doshi, whose wisdom and experience continue to inspire and guide the organization. With over 30 years of distinguished service in the banking sector, Shri Doshi brings with him a deep understanding of financial systems, strategic planning, and organizational management. In addition to his illustrious professional background, he has been actively involved in social and charitable initiatives for more than two decades. He previously served as a key trustee of the Smt. Ramaben Jamnadas Doshi Charitable Trust, playing a vital role in shaping its direction and contributing meaningfully to its long-standing impact in the community.
