Terms & Conditions

1. No Cancellation Policy: Once registration is completed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
2. Mandatory ID Proof: Students must present a valid educational institution ID card. Non-students must present a valid Aadhar card for entry into the event.
3. Entry Rights: Entry is subject to the sole discretion of the trustee/management. They reserve the right to deny entry to any individual without providing a reason.
4. Final Authority: In all matters related to the event, the decision of the trustee/management will be final and binding on all participants and attendees.
5. Jurisdiction: All legal matters will be subject to the jurisdiction of Vadodara only.
6. Personal Belongings: The trust/trustee/management is not responsible for any damage or loss of personal items, including electronic devices or valuables not explicitly mentioned.
7. Photography & Videography: Photography or videography using mobile phones or personal devices is strictly prohibited. Only approved photographers and media personnel are allowed to capture content as per the official guidelines.
8. Safety Disclaimer: While all safety measures will be taken by the trust and event management, they shall not be held liable for any incident arising from natural calamities or acts of God.
9. Data Usage Consent: All personal data collected through online or offline registration forms will be considered proprietary information of the trust. This data may be used by the trust or its authorized representatives for organizing, managing, or promoting current and future events. It may also be shared with partners, sponsors, or affiliates for marketing or business purposes, subject to written approval by the trustee or an authorized delegate.
